How is university merit aggregate calculated?

Most admission systems combine school grades and entrance exam scores with fixed weights. Enter your marks and select a preset or custom weights.

Can I use this for non-Pakistani universities?

Yes. Choose Custom weights and enter percentages that match your target university's admission policy (e.g. 40% GPA + 60% SAT).

Are preset weights always official?

Weights change each admission cycle worldwide. Use presets as a guide and confirm with your university portal.

University Merit Calculator: Admission Aggregate

Calculate weighted admission aggregate from school marks and entry test scores. Use built-in presets (NUST, UET, FAST) or custom weights for any country's admission formula.

Formula

Aggregate = (School% × W₁) + (Higher Sec% × W₂) + (Test% × W₃)

Examples: NUST (PK) 10/15/75 · UET 25/45/30 · US holistic apps often weight GPA + SAT differently: use Custom weights.

Example: 3-part weighted aggregate

School: 950/1100 = 86.36% × 10% = 8.64
Higher secondary: 900/1100 = 81.82% × 15% = 12.27
Entry test: 145/200 = 72.5% × 75% = 54.38

Aggregate ≈ 75.29%
